Procurement Analyst

Temeka Group is a mid-sized manufacturing and signage company located in Corona, CA and has been in business for over 30 years. We are a premier provider of cabinets, millwork and signage for professional sports teams, retail stores, and professional office buildings. We have a fast paced environment with significant growth projections over the next three years.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Analyst to join our team. As the Purchasing Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement and contract management. This is a key role within our organization, and you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate procurement of materials to support operations
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery
- Manage the entire procurement process, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory management
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Sources new vendors and initiates the Vendor Approval Process
- Tracks all inbound orders and updates production of lead times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing role
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
