As a Residential Junior Loan Analyst, you will have an in-depth knowledge of residential loan products, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for coordination, preparation, and timely delivery of the initial Loan Estimate and disclosure packages for all home equity and mortgage loan transactions; working both independently and as a team with Loan Officers, Loan Analysts, Branches, Attorneys, and Management to ensure necessary file completion.

Key Result Areas:

- Review Investor ineligible list for closing attorney, and condominium projects.
- Obtain mortgage insurance quotes and ensure premiums are accurately input into Encompass before Loan Estimate is provided to borrower(s).
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled in-person staff meetings and attend daily huddle Teams video call to discuss loan priorities.
- Work both independently and as a team with Mortgage Loan Officers, Loan Analysts, Underwriter, Branches, Loan Servicing, Attorneys and Management to ensure a smooth disclosing process and that all compliance requirements are met on every file.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers and positively contribute to resolving issues in a solution-oriented manner.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma Required
- 1-2 years’ residential disclosing or other mortgage related experience in a collaborative workplace preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience using Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) preferred.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows Environment to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of federal and local regulations or ordinances concerning lending activities
