Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Utilize hand tools
- Train, coach, and mentor trim team members to enhance their trimming skills and efficiency
- Lead and manage a contract trim crew, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Be familiar with local and state regulations governing cannabis cultivation and processing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in cannabis industry
- Knowledge of plant growing techniques and best practices for dry and cure
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions when needed
- Basic math skills for inventory management and data collection
- 2-3 years of experience in cannabis cultivation, with a focus on trimming
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably overseeing a trim crew prioritized
