**Position: Server's Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
As a Server's Assistant at Kanpai, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' dining experience. You will support our service team, ensure smooth operation of the dining room, and maintain the high standards of cleanliness and efficiency that our guests expect.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Table Preparation and Maintenance**: Setting tables to Kanpai’s standards, ensuring all necessary items are clean and in place.
- **Guest Service Support**: Assisting servers with food and beverage service, refilling water, and attending to guest requests promptly.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**: Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and back of house, including clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- **Food Running**: Assisting in delivering food to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- **Stock Management**: Ensuring all service areas are well-stocked with necessary items, like cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- **Guest Interaction**: Providing a warm, welcoming presence, and assisting with guest inquiries in a professional manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining high service standards and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- A passion for Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
