Delivery Driver Wanted

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or by manual lifting
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner and in accordance with customer requirements
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation

**Skills**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating vehicles with manual transmission (if applicable)
- Strong knowledge of local roads and routes for efficient navigation
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Familiarity with courier or delivery services is a plus
- Experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or tractor-trailers is beneficial

Please note that this job may require you to work in various weather conditions and may involve long hours on the road. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.75 - $23.00 per hour
