2. Process Focus - Delivers standard of disciplined, high quality, high paced daily working and shopping conditions.
- Efficient bagging of customer groceries including parcel pickups
- Efficient collection of shopping carts
- Maintains high cleanliness standards - clean as you go, inclusive of washing, cleaning, sweeping, mopping throughout store and exterior as needed
- Assists as needed in departments including shopbacks
- Efficient blocking and facing of departments
- Refuse disposal and cardboard removal
- Working knowledge of all applicable equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable legal, safety, and sanitation SOP’s
- Demonstrates high level of operational execution
- Fast paced and exhibits sense of urgency
- Conducts product Sales Events (Demos)
- Consistent execution of all applicable SOP’s

3. Performance Focus - Assists financial results in Sales and Supplies and Shrink Management.
