Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

Our Chicago, IL site provides toxicology testing and research laboratory services and specialized pre-clinical studies in support of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products.

**Position/Job Summary**: The Custodian role will perform various housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe facility that is consistent with company safety/environmental regulations.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition.
- Performs routine maintenance activities.
- Performs heavy cleaning duties.
- Performs laundry.
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors.
- Gathers and empties trash.
- Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities.
- Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education, Experience & Skills Required**:

- Prefer at least (1) year experience in housekeeping
- Ability to communicate effectively with all team members

**Working Conditions and Physical Effort**:

- Physically able to unpack, pack, lift, and transport items weighing up to 50lbs, occasionally lift and move 50+ lbs. with assistance
