We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Bartender to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.

As a Bartender at Celis Brewing, you will be the face of our taproom, responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience. Your primary duties will include serving a wide variety of our craft beers, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that our customers leave with a smile. We are looking for someone who is passionate about craft beer, has a positive attitude, and possesses excellent customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Provide detailed knowledge of our beers and brewing process
- Serve beer and other beverages efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations
- Assist in restocking and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience, preferably in a brewery or craft beer bar
- Extensive knowledge of craft beer and a passion for the industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a brewery setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Basic knowledge of beer brewing processes
