The parts delivery driver partners with the parts counter representative to deliver parts to our customers in a timely manner. High performers will have a passion for customer service, a working knowledge of parts and likes to be out of the office and on the road in front of customers.
- Deliver parts to customers while providing excellent customer service.
- Load the van each morning and afternoon for deliveries.
- Deliver parts to customers from the vehicle to designated area.
- Accept returns from customer and work with the parts counter representative to process the credits.
- Provide solid communication with parts counter representative.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Become familiar with customers and vendors.
- Keep the manager aware of any issues or concerns of customers.

**Experience Requirements**:

- In order to be successful, an individual needs to be customer service oriented, detailed and take ownership of the job.
- Previous experience in route delivery is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
