This position, situated in Houston, TX, offers an exciting array of responsibilities tailored to dynamic individuals like yourself. Here's what awaits you:
**What You Will Do**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support within the realms of Construction or Civil Engineering.
- Expertise in formatting Word documents, electronic filing, archiving, correspondence, scanning, transcriptions, and document preparation and distribution.
- Ensure thoroughness in reports, encompassing attachments, supplementary documentation, and adherence to procedural guidelines.
- Liaise with stakeholders to obtain missing information, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reports and investigations.
- Office-centric role with mínimal field involvement; however, familiarity with 811 laws, Utility Locating, and Damage Prevention best practices is vital.
- Proficiency in SAP software/systems and Riskmaster.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Previous experience in Damage Prevention or 811 is a prerequisite.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in general office or related roles, showcasing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at prioritizing and multitasking.
- Strong numerical aptitude, coupled with flexibility and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams on various tasks.
- Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and intermediate-level Excel skills are indispensable.
- Customer-centric approach, adept at presenting data to diverse audiences.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
