**Job Title: Contract Manager**
**Job** **Location: Cayuga, IN 47928 (Onsite)**
**Duration: 45+ Months**
**Remote for first 6-9 months; Assignment moves to Cayuga, IN (site address TBD)**
- Mobility: Primarily a general office setting and occasionally participate in field walkdowns.
- Accountable for higher level Contract Management duties for Services, Equipment Supply, and materials.
- Main Contract Management functions will focus on the EPC contractor and major equipment vendors.
**This includes but is not limited to**:
(1) Align behaviors to contractually binding obligations.
(2) review and assess existing contract language.
(3) review compliance to non-commercial contract terms; and
(4) review compliance to commercial terms; and
(5) develop metrics to and monitor contractor performance.
**Required Skills**:
- Enforce vendor compliance with contract terms and conditions such that all deliverables meet contract requirements. Ensure contract compliance with Supply Chain policy.
- Responsible for managing contract provisions and administering contract change orders with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of contract requirements and options.
- Large utility-based project or construction experience is required.
**Education**:
- BA preferred, but not required based on experience.
- Four year degree in business, engineering or related discipline OR 10 years of directly related work experience in lieu of degree.

**Salary**: $36.74 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
