Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. Travel will be required between the Racine and Milwaukee area.

**Duties**:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Perform repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and repairing broken appliances
- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Collaborate with contractors or other professionals for specialized repairs or installations

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects or climbing ladders
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, residents, and contractors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
