- Coordinates the tasking, instruction, and supervision of on-site staff to ensure timely completion of daily asset release; including, but not limited to contracted preventative maintenance and scheduled services, quality assurance, resource and supply availability, parts, and labor billing. Promotes and maintains a safe and healthy work environment adhering to both company and OSHA established standards. Enhances the organization’s reputation by accepting responsibility for, and taking pride in the accomplishment of valuable, customer-focused work.
- **Pay**: $27.00 - $35.00/hourly depending on experience
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm, On-site in City of Industry, CA**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working under the supervision and guidance of the Regional Manager and Site Supervisor, performs a variety of site-specific administrative, technical, and leadership functions; including, but not limited to:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, subordinates, and management to deliver cost-effective, value-added customer service
- Plan, assess, prioritize, and assign daily operational activities at the on-site level
- Maintain focus on contract service goals and standards, while coaching and challenging subordinate personnel to meet and exceed established departmental objectives
- Facilitates the training of contract service personnel with regard to equipment, software, daily operations, safety, and regular practices and procedures
- Is knowledgeable, and leads by example regarding safety, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to federal and company-established safety practices, and holds staff accountable
- On-call availability or back-up as required by management
- Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by management
- Assist with answering phones; e.g. incoming and outgoing calls.
- Assist walk-in customers, to include checking customers in and out.
- Oversee the lot list, to include adding and editing equipment, customer and job information.
- Assess equipment service needs by observing and listening to customer’s description of symptoms.
- Verify warranty and service coverage by examining records and explaining provisions of exclusions.
- Prepare repair orders for technicians by describing symptoms, problems, and causes.
- Develop quotes for services to be provided including parts, supplies, labor, and deductions.
- Review and invoice repair orders daily for billing customers accurately.
- Obtain required purchase order (PO) numbers from customers and follow up with customers for any missing information.
- Assist Service Manager with technician timecards to match entries in software database.
- Execute Illness and Injury Response Plan for site personnel according to Company standards.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading manufacturers publications.
- Assist Service Manager with timely and accurate billing.
- Attendance and Punctuality are essential functions of the job.
- Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by management.

- Strong accounting background
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to break down complicated industry topics into understandable advice meant for customer understanding.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, and Excel. Additionally, knowledge Karmak Fusion a plus
- Time management, active listening, oral/written comprehension, high attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Have a teamwork mindset in the workplace and accept feedback on your work.
- Ability to multitask, work in high-stress settings and offer flexible hours on your schedule.
- Self-motivated and can work independently.
- Previous dealership experience is highly desired.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Utilizes critical thinking skills, problem solving abilities, and exercise good judgment when completing tasks in an efficient, accurate, and productive manner.
