**Position**:Gummy Technician

**Reports to**:Gummy Supervisor

**Function**:Responsible for aiding in gummy production and packaging.

**Schedule**:Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:30PM

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: The Gummy Technician reports directly to the Gummy Supervisor and is responsible for aiding in gummy production and packaging. They will be responsible for helping the Gummy team carry out the company's detailed plan to cook raw ingredients and add appropriate amounts of THC to create infused gummies. The expectation of the Gummy Technician is that they will participate in the careful use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, adhere to SOPs and recipes, and follow all safety standards.

**JOB RESPONSBILITIES**:

- Weigh starting ingredients accurately per company recipe.
- Cook gummy mixtures and dose with proper ratio of THC.
- Deposit gummy mixture into molds with depositor instrument
- Pop and sugar gummies then seal in final packaging
- Clean all kitchen equipment and surfaces thoroughly in accordance with State regulations
- Follow all SOPS as directed by the Gummy Supervisor.
- Help maintain an environment/culture conducive to efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Maintain high levels of effort, enthusiasm and efficiency while working.
- Work closely with compliance to ensure that regulations are met in all areas and batch records are kept up to date.
- Maintain, clean, and organize work area.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- HS Diploma
- Professional kitchen experience a plus
- Experience working with marijuana preferred.

**COMPENSATION**: $17/hour
