The older child, attending school on specific days, requires additional support due to some special needs, including assistance with walking and gross motor skills. Meanwhile, the younger one spends mornings at a Montessori Nursery, affording you focused time to engage both children in enriching activities and educational play. As the parents work from home in a separate office, occasional travel may require your flexibility and adaptability. Your role extends beyond childcare to encompass meal preparation, light housekeeping, and grocery shopping, ensuring the household runs smoothly. If you're a warm, communicative individual with a passion for childcare, this opportunity offers a rewarding environment to make a positive impact on a growing family.

Start date: As soon as the right fit is found

Compensation: $30/hour ($62,400 per year)

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses 1 week), 5 paid sick days, paid major federal holidays, healthcare stipend is offered if needed

**Requirements**:

- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Have a minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience that can be verified
- 2+ years of infant experience (non-family)
- Holds a valid US driver’s license
- Able to provide a minimum of 3 outstanding references from prior childcare positions
- Be fully fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States
- Clean driving record

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
