Our **IT and Marketing Support associate **will assist with all aspects of IT and Marketing.

The hours for this position are during business hours with occasional weekend and evening events. This position will maintain the highest of Event by M’s standards of safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.

**IT/Marketing Support responsibilities**:

- Creation of registration links
- Managing and updating registration links
- Reporting of registration links
- Creation of PDF and/or OFT invites.
- Creation of Calendar invites
- Creation and support of marketing materials
- Creation of labels, tags, signage, notecards as needed by the team.
- Assembling marketing materials
- Creations of systems/procedures that will allow projects to be completed in a timelier manner.
- IT Support
- Setting up new devices and team stations
- Support setting up or moving of team members IT needs/equipment
- Inventory of IT supplies, ensuring 100% availability
- Support Virtual Events

Supporting IT requirements
- sharing slides, highlighting guests
- Availability to travel, both locally and nationwide, to support IT events
- Ensuring that current logos are colors are utilized for branding purposes.
- Ensuring that critical and personal information from EbM and customers is never compromised.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong organizational skills and follow through
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and stand.
- The employee is frequently required to reach, bend, stoop, shake, stir, pour, carry, push, and lift objects up to 20 pounds.
- There is substantial repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Basic knowledge of spoken and written English
- BA preferred.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Compose clear, professionally written correspondence and other written communications as needed
- Customer Service skills must possess patience, quick thinking, consistency, knowledge, and attentiveness at all given times
- Understanding of our brand and our mission to our customers
- Punctuality is necessary

**Preferred Skills**
- Proficient with WIX Web Design or similar platform
- Ability to work well in a high stress, fast paced environment.
- Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs. Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Having prior experience in the food service and Event industry is useful for gaining an understanding of the business/brand of EbM.
- Comfortable with technology - eager to learn new systems.
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
- Ability to effectively utilize common office productivity software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook.
- Preferred proficiency in Adobe Suite
