Title and Registration Clerk

**Automotive Title Clerk**
California Tag & Title provides a convenient Quick service for Vehicle Registration & Title. We are looking for energetic, dependable, detail-oriented team players who have a friendly demeanor when working with both customers and co-workers.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles using the respective states/agencies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction while keeping with California Tag and Title’s policies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Perform Tile and Registration transactions quickly and accurately.

Work both independently and in a team setting.

Answer customer inquiries or concerns in a professional, customer
- focused manner.

Maintains a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.

Maintains a high level of confidentiality.

Performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels.

**COMPETENCIES/SKILL**

*Valid Driver’s License and own reliable transportation

*This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

*1 year of title experience preferred.

*Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.

*Ability to adapt and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.

*Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.

*Data Entry Skills.

*Attention to Detail

*Organization

*Good Energy Level

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
