Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and enforce compliance with HACCP standards
- Oversee data collection and analysis to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with production teams to fabricate corrective action plans
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers for quality control

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality systems
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
