'Experienced Custodian needed for an apartment complex in Philadelphia, PA. Responsible for daily cleaning of the buildings, common areas and grounds, apartment turnover, monitoring the property for cleanliness, trash removal, and snow removal. This position is a critical part of our maintenance team.
Prior cleaning and cleaning equipment experience is helpful. Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- common area and grounds upkeep

- snow removal
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
