Seafood Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receiving and preparing products, filleting, trimming, packing and labeling products.
- Regularly observe, rotate, organize, and stock products to ensure top quality and sufficient quantity.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organizing display and prep areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Customer oriented mindset
- Ability to work under stress as a team
- Effective communication skills
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to remember and recall PLU codes
- Food handlers permit

Summary:
As a Seafood Clerk, you will be assisting the customers locate and suggest products and assisting the department manager with daily tasks to reach the sales goals. Full-time positions with benefits are available after probationary periods. Salary commensurate with experience and performance.
