Mortgage Processor Hybrid/remote

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Verify borrower information, including employment, income, assets, and credit history
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess borrower's risk profile
- Collaborate with loan officers to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare loan files for underwriting review and ensure compliance with FNMA guidelines
- Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process to provide updates and request additional documentation as needed
- Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and other third-party vendors to obtain necessary reports and documents
- Ensure all loan files are accurately documented and maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, including TILA and fair housing regulations

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processing procedures, including loan origination, underwriting, and closing processes
- Proficient in analyzing credit reports, income documentation, tax returns, and other financial documents
- Familiarity with FNMA guidelines and ability to interpret complex loan program requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately review and verify large volumes of information
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Effective communication skills to interact with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders involved in the loan process

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
