**Overview**
Construction MediCamp LLC, a nationwide medical consulting group that specializes in providing medical services to the construction industry to oversee most medical occurrences that arise on-site.
**Responsibilities**
Our company has a new position available for a FT Outpatient Nurse Practitioners in Mountain View, CA, just a Short drive from San Jose, CA.
This is a FT position for approximately twelve (6) months in length with possible extensions. Two (2) days of training are required and will be provided for all new hires.
Licensure and DOT Certification reimbursements are available for all APRN's who do not currently hold a certification or an APRN license in CA.
Facility is a low volume outpatient on - site medical clinic where Nurse Practitioners will primarily treat adult patients. Patient care involves DOT physicals, treating primary care issues, and occasional occupational injury/illness. Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 10 hours per day.
**Qualifications**
Knowledge of PFT and FIT Testing
Certification for Chemical testing and BAT - Preferred (we can assist with certification)
**Board Certified Nurse Practitioner - Preferred**
Active/Unrestricted CA Advanced Practice Nursing License
Willing to assist with licensing and cost of licensing
**Approved Prescriptive Authority in CA.**
**Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care**
Previous experience in Occupational Medicine or ER as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
**Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Nurse Practitioner**
**Comfortable and able to work independently in a solo environment**
**CDL, Medical Examiner's Certificate required either before starting assignment or within 2 weeks of clinic start date. Employer assistance in certification available if not already obtained.**
