From elegant dinner parties to picturesque beach picnics, we strive to exceed our clients' expectations with impeccable service and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute various client requests, including stocking clients' fridges with groceries, setting up dinner parties, and arranging beach picnics.
- Utilize your event planning expertise to assist in the conceptualization and execution of flawless events, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and vendors.
- Act as a personal concierge for clients, running errands, making reservations, and catering to their individual preferences and high expectations.
- Work collaboratively with the Nantucket Magic team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of all client requests and events.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in event planning and/or hospitality, with a strong understanding of luxury service standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of clients and handle unexpected situations with grace and professionalism.
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Compensation package:

- Bonus opportunities

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Nantucket, MA (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Nantucket, MA: Relocate before starting work (required)
