**We are seeking a Medical Front Office Representative **who is team-oriented and searching for a rewarding position at a Hematology Oncology practice in Santa Monica, CA.

**In this position you will**:

- Answer phones promptly. Screen and direct phone calls appropriately. Take accurate and complete messages and forwards messages promptly and accurately.
- Verify patient insurance and demographic information accurately and ensure communication of information with the appropriate staff.
- Schedule patients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Complete patient check-in & checkout process.
- Schedule appointments and procedures.
- Complete authorizations as directed by the insurance requirements and the physician/provider.

**Required qualifications for this position include**:

- 2 years of experience in a medical office.

**Preferred qualifications for this position include**:

- Epic or similar EMR experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
