The Procedures Specialist is responsible for specific accountabilities within their respective team, which include but are not limited to supporting operational staff with the Client Service Process, understanding worldwide business processing, ensuring the accuracy of data entered and fed through our corporate systems (i.e. Business Entity, Document Distribution, Account Number Assignment, Account Master, etc.), and developing and delivering reports to corporate and operational staff.

This role will coordinate efforts of multiple resources to ensure processing procedures and workflows are properly followed. In addition, they will provide support to the Methods Analysts within processing and systems to achieve team goals and objectives.
- High School or equivalent and minimum 2 years experience in a business/office role or environment is preferred
- Self motivated/Self Starter

- Strong with written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; especially Excel
- Strong computer/Microsoft office skills (research, some excel, analysis)

The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
