EXPERIENCED Rover Officers Needed PT in Ventura CA, **GUARD CARD REQUIRED**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Part-Time professional and experienced unarmed security guards needed for foot patrols in residential communities in Ventura CA. Immediate openings available for various shifts.
**DUTIES**:
Actively monitor/patrol property to ensure security & safety of residents. Record activities in a Daily Activity Report. Write detailed Incident Reports as needed. Remain alert and vigilant throughout shift.
**HOURS**:
Graveyard shifts
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
Must have good moral character and integrity.
Must have good hygiene and be able to wear a uniform in a professional manner.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to professionally represent our company and the client’s company.
Must be willing to submit to criminal background checks and drug screen.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation options.
Must meet all licensing and certification requirements. (see below)
**EDUCATION**:
Must have High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
**LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:
Must have a valid California ID or DL.
Must have Social Security Card.
Must have original current Guard card and Firearms card (if applicable) (No copies or printouts).
Must have proof of 40hr AB 2880 required training. (Photo copies of training certificates showing dates and hours OK)
