**Job responsibilities**:

- Review and process payrolls for numerous clients according to their payroll schedule
- Assist with quarter and year-end reporting
- Prepare, create, and export reports/documents in Excel and Word
- Review wages computed and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
- Prepare and issue paychecks
- Assist with other administrative tasks in the department

**Job Requirements**
- Associate's degree in a related field; or 5+ years of payroll related experience
- Knowledge of payroll principals, practices, regulations and procedures
- Solid understanding of payroll best practices
- Multi-state payroll experience a plus
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations a plus
- UKG/Kronos and/or iSolved experience a plus
- Strong computer skills including knowledge in Excel
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
- Ability to solve practical
- Detail-orientated and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Works well individually and with a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week

**Benefits**:
