Press America, Inc. is a Full Service mailer/commercial printer located in Elk Grove Village. We have a full-time position available for a Bindery Operator. Bindery experience is required for consideration and must be reflected on your resume.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Bindery Operator duties include setup and operation of cutter, drilling, folder, laminators, and saddle stitcher, hand assembly, and saddle stitcher (manual and collating towers).
- Perform complete set-up of the equipment in efficient manner, which may include to monitor/maintain equipment.
- Determine and understand all order instructions.
- Resolve production issues.
- Operation of Load/unload products from feeder.
- Pack finished product into boxes or trays.
- Prepare skids and cartons for shipment including taping, labeling and shrink-wrapping.
- Inspects product for quality.
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Operate a manual pallet jack.
- Move pallets throughout shop and between buildings.
- Perform clean-up and organizational duties for shop.
- Assists other shop personnel as needed.
- Take direction from lead persons as required.
- Hand assembly when required.
- Follow all Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s) pertaining to area of responsibility.
- Work with all departments.

Bindery experience required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
