You will oversee projects and collaborate with internal teams. You will partner directly with WSC's COO to ensure the company's internal and external technology needs are met.

The position is based out of one of our Central or Southern California offices with a flexible hybrid work option. This position will require some travel throughout California, Washington, and Oregon.

**What You Will Do**

This is a senior role that requires close collaboration with our engineers, project managers, human resources, operations, and technical project teams. We are looking for a senior-level technology expert to plan, organize, lead, and monitor programs and activities related to the management of WSC's information technology (IT) systems.
- Plan and manage technology projects through the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Assist with the design, implementation, and support of new software and features.
- Establish and maintain technology policies and standards for company-wide use.
- Review and evaluate software, hardware, and service delivery to provide recommendations for improvement and ensure maximum effective use of technology.
- Support third-party IT vendor in resolving information technology issues, such as hardware maintenance and software management.
- Provide high-quality internal customer service and provide technical support to all employees.
- Set up hardware and software for new employees.
- Consult with vendors and clients to integrate and update company technology.
- Ensure system optimization for all technology resources.
- Maintain an inventory of the company's IT resources.
- Prepare program budgets and monitor work on technology projects to ensure that funds and staff time are used effectively and efficiently; analyze workflow, priorities, staffing levels and make adjustments when needed.
- Develop and implement a strategic technology roadmap for all information technology functions of the Company.
- Provide customized and/or off-the-shelf technology solutions to project teams to support their efficient and effective service delivery.
- Implement security improvements by assessing current situation, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
- Lead company-wide cybersecurity posture and protocols.
- Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technology role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Software as a Service (Saas)
- Experience employing and managing cybersecurity solutions
- Experience with software development preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of information technology (IT) principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity working in data-rich environments, creating and managing databases
- Experience initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing technology projects
- Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, hardware, and upgrades
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- The following certifications are preferred but not required: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP

**Salary Range**: The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $175,000 annually and may be more or less depending on experience.
