Three Blondes Brewing is looking for a dishwasher to join our “Blonde Squad” team.

**About 3BB**:
The shores of western Michigan are sandy, scenic and offer up endless entertainment under the sun. When three sisters from South Haven noticed that in the midst of so much progress there was a lack of craft breweries in South Haven, they decided to take matters into their own hands. In June of 2018 local sisters Carrie, Megan and Amanda opened Three Blondes Brewing (3BB) to the public’s great delight. Looking to find a way to work together having all returned to their hometown in the name of family, this charming and delicious brewery was born and has been pleasing guests ever since. Located at 1875 Phoenix Street, Three Blondes Brewing is a passion project turned reality that keeps flavor and innovation top of mind.

3BB touts an impressive collection of craft beers and keeps the tap running non-stop for customers who fall in love with the vibrant and bold flavors. Beyond beer, 3BB offers a wide selection of ciders and wines for those looking to pair their food with traditional favorites. The menu is equally graced with delicious locally sourced options that include burgers, tacos, and a variety of pub pizzas with ingredients made to mix and match. No matter what you select, a stop at Three Blondes Brewing is a savory experience in a fun and casual setting. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently wash and put away dishes
- Taking garbage and trash to dumpster area
- Loading and running the automated dish machine
- Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
- Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.
- Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
