Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with construction tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and operating basic hand tools.
- Support skilled workers in tasks like plastering, tile laying, trim carpentry, painting, and other construction activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the construction supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in construction or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions closely.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools.
