HR Coordinator/administrative Assistant

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is a vital role that provides administrative and operational support to the HR department. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll, benefits, and personal information.
- Process new hire paperwork and onboarding procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, leave of absence, and HR policies.
- Liaise with other departments on HR matters.
- Assist with employee relations tasks, such as performance management and conflict resolution (may vary by company).
- Maintain the HR department calendar and schedule meetings and interviews.
- Prepare and disseminate HR reports and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
