Are you an experienced fence installer looking for a stable and consistent workflow? Future Solutions Fence & Supply, an industry leader, is on the hunt for sub-contractors to handle various fence installations, including vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain-link. We offer reliable work year-round, with the opportunity to work up to six days a week during the summer. Compensation is on a per-foot basis, paid weekly.

Minimum Technical Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and previous fencing experience
- Pass a background check
- Own a truck/trailer and necessary tools (trailer must haul 15,000 pounds)
- Physical fitness for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions
- Carry liability insurance ($1MM), workers' compensation
- Capacity for 10 to 20 installations per month
- Professionalism and adherence to agreed professional standards
- Willingness to service a 40 mile range from our location
- Organized and detail-oriented with a stable job history
- Direct fencing experience
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- High integrity and accountability
- Proactive communication, especially when issues arise
