**Job Summary and Qualifications**:
We are seeking a PBX Operator to provide exceptional customer service for the hospital while performing switchboard activities. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.

**What will you do in this role?**
- Greet callers with hospitality and professionalism
- Route incoming calls
- Operate the public address system

**What qualifications will you need?**
- Prior customer service or telephone experience is preferred
