**Service Tech Install and Repair Technician**

This position will involve the ability to be a service tech and lead in installations and repairs.

Responsibilities Include:

- Learning the installation process, always putting safety first.
- Learning to diagnose and troubleshoot all types of garage doors and openers.
- Completing necessary paperwork correctly and promptly.
- Attend company meetings as required.
- Maintain constant communication with management team.
- Sharing and demonstrating best practices with team and customers based on company's core values.
- Demonstrate time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a safety-first approach to garage door installations.

What You Bring:

- High School Diploma or GED; with at least one year of hands on construction experience (home improvement, landscaping, concrete, etc.); supplemented by customer relations experience preferred - or a combination of education, certification/training, and experience. **We however will take into consideration any applicant that can show the will, desire, and discipline to learn the trade and excel at it.**
- Exhibits a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to adapt and change to priorities and conditions.
- Ability to effectively utilize product knowledge and product benefits.
- High personal integrity, character, morals and ethics.
- Ability to learn and take direction
