**Responsibilities**:

- Support Manufacturing Engineers in non-conformance report (NCR) review and actioning.
- Create NCRs from manufacturing to design engineering organizations.
- Primary interface with design engineering organizations for NCR reporting.
- Communicate design engineering dispositions on NCRs to Manufacturing and Quality teams at WSC.
- Assist in maintaining part serialization records.
- Assist in implementing quality requirements in accordance with ISO and company standards.
- Assists with auditing established quality systems including process audits, document reviews, and document management.
- Supports corrective and preventative action initiatives based on continuous improvement projects.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Proficient with computers.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of interpreting manufacturing drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes.
- Ability to learn and own manufacturing processes for multiple product lines.
- Self-driven and able to self-prioritize multiple tasks / requests.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
