**CURRENT OPENINGS**:

- Full-time: 80 hours biweekly: 8:00AM-4:30PM
- Typically, Monday through Friday.
- Most weekends holidays off.
- On-call rotation.:
The Renovations Coordinator is to coordinate renovations for Woodcrest Villas apartments and villas. Coordination of these areas involves planning and procedures for work duties, with the primary goal of renovating in accordance with MHC, Federal, State, and Local codes. This role is performed in accordance with Mennonite Home Communities Core Values, Mission Statement, regulations, and servers as leadership within the Facilities Department.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Valid PA Drivers License and a minimum of two years driving experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical school certification preferred.
- A minimum of at least five (5) years of experience in commercial building or residential housing construction and maintenance or construction experience preferred.
- Computer skills needed.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Ensure the quality services are provided efficiently and effectively in the renovations of apartments and villas. Acts as the main point of contact and ensures safe working conditions are maintained in all areas.
- Develop plans and goals to ensure quality control issues are addressed. Standardizes approach and process across portfolio.
- Proactively inspects all sites to identify issues or potential issues that need to be addressed. Request training and/or information to define hazards or environmental risk if not known.
- Cleans outs apartments and villas, disposes of items appropriately.
- Supervises, motivates, defines MHC standards, and communicates effectively with outside contractors and staff.
