Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing a team, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting financial products and services
- Provide guidance and support to staff on loan origination, mortgage servicing, cash handling, and cash management processes
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall branch efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in relationship management, customer service, underwriting, upselling, financial sales, cash handling, cash management, sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards

Pay: $79,206.92 - $95,388.98 per year
