ActivAge Home Care is non-medical private duty in home care agency dedicated to helping seniors live their best life in the comfort off their own home

ActivAge Home Care is seeking a strong leader to oversee and grow our Charlotte County service area. We have a strong reputation locally and look to expand rapidly over the next 2-3 years. **Responsibilities**
- Oversees and manages continuous quality improvement initiatives to improve client care and increase referral source satisfaction.
- Mentors and develops staff members, providing opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
- Develops, implements, and recommends policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation requirements to support service delivery.
- Collaborates with Sales Territory Managers to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies that result in budgeted growth.
- Creates a positive and respectful work environment that attracts and retains top-performing employees.
- Provides effective management and supervision to ensure staff members are performing well and meeting their accountabilities.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior care, dementia care, or memory care
- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Proficiency in medication administration and management
- Strong understanding of operations management in a healthcare setting
- Experience supervising and leading a team of caregivers

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules

Pay: $51,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
