Bring your eye for impeccable photography to Uline's award-winning creative department As Photo Director, lead our in-house photo studio to capture compelling imagery for print and digital marketing materials, including our 892-page catalog. We're doubling our studio space in 2024 - join us for continued growth.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Guide, direct and empower a photo studio team of 20+ employees to produce industrial product and lifestyle photography for B2B omnichannel marketing.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Merchandising and Product Marketing departments to identify objectives and communicate photo project expectations.
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in a creative, productive and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Imaging team and studio partners to optimize processes and workflows between groups.
- Provide hands-on direction of photo shoots for studio, location and travel assignments.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in photography, design, marketing or a related field.
- 7+ years of supervisory experience within the creative field. Experience in both design and photography **preferred.**
- Knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud and Digital Asset Management programs.
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
