**Position**: Farm Equipment Operator/Laborer

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with agronomists, soil scientists, and other agricultural professionals to develop and implement fertilizer plans that optimize crop yield and quality.
- Monitor environmental conditions and regulations to ensure compliance with laws governing fertilizer use and runoff.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fertilizer equipment to keep it in good working order.

**Are You Qualified?**
- Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
- Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
