- $3,000 Sign on Bonus (paid quarterly)
- **PTO Starting Day 1**:Receive an initial 16 hours of PTO, with an additional 24 hours at 60 days, all while accruing additional time as you go

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electromechanical or automated systems preferred.
- Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance and automation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in mechanical systems, such as motors, gears, bearings, and conveyor systems.
- Familiarity with PLC programming, HMI interfaces, robotic systems, and other automation technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certification in relevant maintenance fields (e.g., electrical, mechanical) is a plus.
