Apprentice Acrylic Bath Installer

**Job Summary**:
Begin to execute basic skills and installations while developing skill set. Work with customers to resolve issues pertaining to installations. Provide services related to all aspects of production and installations.

**Duties**:
This is the first step of a three-step career ladder and the step at which the employee may work with a team or independently.
- Work on Energy Team as needed
- Work as a general labor helper as needed
- Knowledge of proper set up of Energy Solution Systems (ESS) and blown-in insulation
- Competence in best practices regarding safety, health, site expectations, lead safe
- Being courteous and professional to customers and fellow employees in all circumstances
- Develop basic skill sets and entry level craftsmanship drywall hanging and finishing, trim, exteriors, etc.
- Learn thru both in house developmental training and on the job experience specific to the Energy team, entry level tasks, basic installations, etc.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
