**Host Coordinator**

**Position Summary**
As a Team Member of the Marketing/PD team, the Host Coordinator is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Host coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing/PD team in executing special events, managing room reservations and assisting with the overall success of the marketing team.

**Position Functions**
Essential Functions
- Track promotion/special event pacing to ensure target participation goals are being met.
- Assist hosts in developing and executing special events on and off-site.
- Plan and execute targeted special events.
- Input all Host reservations adhering to the designated assigned status.
- Responsible for all special room amenity requests.
- Assist in promotions and special event planning.
- Assist the marketing department in executing brand promotions and events.
- Act as an ambassador for the marketing department with all internal Guests within CRCR.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to continue to refine skills and knowledge in marketing.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

Minimum requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
- Previous Casino, hospitality, sales, and marketing experience.
- Relevant Guest service/FOH experience.
- Basic understanding of how Casino Rewards programs work.
- Familiarity with room and event amenity programs.
- Familiarity with Casino CRM/CMS software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in conflict resolution.
- Proficient in LMS and applicable reservation software.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with player tracking software and reservation systems.
- Previous project management experience.
