**Sushi Chef**

Opportunity to join the renowned traditional sushi bar YASU. We are looking for Sushi chef that have experience in making nigiri sushi in a sushi bar setting in front of customers. We only serve one Omakase sushi menu at $200 per person in a high-end setting.

As a Sushi Chef, you will be ensuring that all food is made to the highest standard of quality and presentation. You will be providing all aspect of fish preparation and making nigiri sushi.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years experience in making nigiri sushi
- Experienced in making sushi in all aspects
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Restaurant type:

- Fine dining restaurant

Shift:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Weekly day range:

- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Sushi Restaurant: 5 years (preferred)
