Crew/barista - The Hiddencafe

We are currently looking for someone who can cover shifts from 8am-1:30pm or 1pm-5:30pm Tuesday - Sunday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Prepare and serve light food menu offerings

**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience as a barista. At least 1 year of experience as a barista and cashier preferred
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Provide a warm presence to the space and fellow staff team and customers alike

Pay
- We are starting pay at $18.00 + Tips (when tips included it averages to $22)
- Cash and Card tips are split equally amongst staff team and management for the day of production.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 36 per week
