**ColWill Engineering, Inc.** is looking for a highly motivated **Pipe Fitter Foreman **in the **Orlando/Apopka, FL area** to join our team. Performs the full range of installation level duties for Piping in the construction, finishing, repair, etc. of buildings.

**We are currently offering a competitive range **for this full-time position, Monday through Friday. (In-person)

**What this Role will Do**:

- Provide a safe work environment for you, your crews, and all job site personnel. Assist Corporate Safety Managers as requested.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Work within the perimeters of trade specific project budget.
- Ensure quality craftsmanship on trade specific system installations.
- Plan specific trade installation approach and procedures.
- Schedule daily and weekly trade activities.
- Trade related material, tool, and equipment requisitions.
- Trade specific journeyman to apprentice ratio.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with all customers, external and internal.
- Conflict Resolution.
