**Kalahari Resorts & Conventions** delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America's largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.

**Salary**: $75,000-$80,000 per year.

We do require that you have background, consisting of:

- Four years of previous front office or guest service manager experience
- Formal training or hands-on education in hotel management and operations.
- Broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day functions of all aspects of a resort
- Experience growing others - and looking for growth
- Basic P&L/budget experience
- Passion, energy, self-motivation and an infectious personality

We would prefer a background of:

- Bilingual
- Experience with a property of 500 rooms or more Basic sales experience
