Apartment Renovation Superintendent

**Job Overview**

Leading multi-family renovation construction company with great opportunities for growth seeking a Superintendent with 5+ years of apartment renovation experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- O & M turnover and Punch list
- Work with site Property Management
- Responsible for coordinating all phases of construction.
- Manage, track, and update overall project schedule.
- Responsible to perform and communicate material takeoffs, quantity surveys, revisions, and red-line plan modifications.
- Planning, scheduling, organization, supervision, coordinating, safety, training, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills as related to multi-family apartment construction.
- Ability to understand and follow multi-family apartment construction plans, blueprints, specifications, and warranty standards.
- Management of subordinate site staff (Assistant Superintendents & General Labor)
- Review and discuss construction techniques to improve current methods.
- Coordinate all City inspections.
- Participate in the review of monthly subcontractor draw requests.
- Owner construction reporting as required.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks within a strict deadline, record weekly meeting minutes
- Capable of order materials for workers in advance

**Qualifications**:

- Construction management experience required (multi-family experience preferred)
- Plan reading, & take-offs.
- Working knowledge of all construction trades
- Expertise in site development and apartment building construction method

**Skills**:

- Must be able to multi-task, excellent communicator, organized, and self-starter.
- Must be able to diagnose and solve problems in the field
- Must have technical experience
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook & Project

**Experience**:

- Construction: 5 years required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
