**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Mutuel Manager with hiring and scheduling of mutuel associates.
- Train mutuel associates and conduct appraisals encouraging growth and development of mutuel associates.
- Comply with organizational and state gaming regulations.
- Produce operational reports which track living racing.
- Compile import and export settlement balances; reconcile and monitor simulcast track selection.
- All other duties assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Cash handling experience is required.
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year previous mutuel experience required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate state gaming license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to work in an indoor, Smokey, loud, and dark working environment.
